Who are we, really?

As I reread the lives of the sucias, I am struck by the wonderful writing style that Alisa uses. I love the fact that we get to know each of our characters as they know themselves and how they see each other. What appears to be security and being together in one, is, in reality, a hidden bravado. What appears to be in control to others, is a thin veneer about to break. Book Review

The Dirty Girls Social Club is a great story about 6 Latina friends that are about as diverse as Latinas can be…they come in all shapes, sizes, colors, and backgrounds. silk scarf

SISTA SAMPLERS ARE HERE!!!!

When I came home today, my SISTA SAMPLER box was at the house. You cannot imagine my excitement when I saw the box and realized it had actually come…ALREADY!!!
