- connecting history while making history!-------i am first generation born in the u.s.a and first female at that-i grew up dirt poor in a white dominate poor community called birdtown ohio-i found my comfort in the music and the arts-when u had to make do,u did the best u could with what u had and tryed to make it your own-camo coloring your poor roots if that makes any sence-as i have gotten older-i look back and i may be hard up but not dirt poor anymore-but i still love to create and play music-it is truely the root of me-it's all i know,it;s how i have survived life and still am-it's comforting to me-keeps my hands bizzy from knocking people out-hahahahaha-a friend told me that once-i agree-create something positive out of something negative-such a true healing feeling-i will always continue to do my art and music and try to tell my story through my art-my mom tells me it is time for me to express my story now,my life then and now-as i look around me,i see what she means!
