Thanks Theresa, unfortunately my yard is covered in snow right now as well, and am looking for some inspiration. I was born in the States, and grew up in NJ and now I live in PA and still get the winter blues. It might be that my Puerto Rican/Guatemalan genes don't work with this weather. Perhaps now that spring is coming along I will feel more inspired to create more artwork. Though, sometimes what inspires me is a little merengue music. heehee
Thank you for the comments on the tree of life and garden photo. It means a lot, especially since I have been feeling a bit frustrated with the winter blues... usually I will keep myself busy with art projects until spring and then jump into my gardening, but we are (happily) remodeling a basement for a studio. This is exciting but I foolishly boxed up all my tools and am feeling like I am often walking in circles! Haha.. reading your kind comments and looking at your sketches have inspired me to think about starting a drawing... that reminds me... you should post more of your wonderful work here, the other Latinas would love them!
Have a great day... hope it's sunny for you in PA
