the reference of women to flower from our ancestrial roots...some of the first ceramic artifacts found in Veracruz Mejico were hundreds of women fertility goddesses wearing crown-like headdress...i made her a little more modern looking...and adored with the symbol of flower embracing her head...with the symbol of cycle of venus/life and the lizard...which represents sexuality...she is standing upon a ovarian-like/seed glyphs...within a pryamid

Thank You Laura, still working on this piece...lots of challenges cause shes shrinking as i work on her...but still like the way shes turning know its funny because i had other sculptures that broke before finishing and i photographed them ...then later made drawing based on the pieced sculpture showing the fragmented detail in the of luck on your repairs

Love what is happening here!! Very inspirational. I've been repairing some clay Dia de los Muertos figurines that arrived shattered for my daughter. definately a different venue for me...
