FRIDA EN EL ESPEJO/FRIDA IN THE MIRROR
Twenty of my dear friends dressed like Frida demonstrate the diversity, power and tenderness of women by honoring the legendary figure of Frida Kahlo, a woman who revolutionized the concept of pain in modern art. I taked this photo shooting as part of the music-video-poem FRIDA IN THE MIRROR/FRIDA EN EL ESPEJO, recorded in one day during the MAPP in the Mission district.
